Yes, often. If you live out of town, you can coordinate the entire move with us directly by phone or email. We'll keep both you and your parent informed and we won't pressure anyone into rushed decisions on moving day.
We move year-round, including January. In winter, our crew handles all the outside work — paths, ice, loading in the cold — so you can stay warm inside. We bring extra moving blankets and floor protection to keep things clean and safe.
We move what's ready on moving day. Anything going to family, donation, or sale can be set aside before we arrive. We don't run an estate-clearing service, but we're happy to plan around whatever donation pickups you've already booked.
No deposit. You don't pay anything to lock in your moving date. You only pay after the move is done, and you can use cash, credit card, cheque, or invoice — whichever works best for you or the family member arranging things.
Items like china, framed photos, lamps, and heirlooms get extra packing and direct hand-handling by our crew. We label boxes clearly so nothing important gets lost in the shuffle, and we'll place them in the new home wherever you want.
